Petunjuk ini dikeluarkan oleh security konsultan-nya bp (harus diakui kita kagum dgn "kompeni" yang sangat care sekali dgn keselamatan para pekerjanya). Disamping itu, yang menarik juga utk diceritakan, utk mengantisipasi bom mobil di basement parkir (NB : Arkadia sangat berpotensi utk menjadi target pemboman, karena dekat letaknya dgn gedung Dep. Pertanian - disamping dihuni oleh investor asing yang besar, yaitu bp), "kompeni" (bp) membatasi akses parkir ke basement ini hanya utk para pekerja-nya saja (dgn identifikasi ID card & sticker), sementara visitor harus parkir di luar gedung. As the explosion occured within a confined area it is not possible at this juncture to ascertain the exact cause of the explosion. Comments by police spokesmen that a 50 kg device exploded cannot be discounted. However, it should be noted that there are reports that the JSX building had lost power eight times yesterday and that the generator was in use. The explosion occurred in the vicinity of the generator room. Authorities are as yet unable to confirm the exact cause of the explosion. While this should not be cause for undue alarm here at the Arcadia Complex, we should exercise sensible security precautions in line with previous advice. (While Suharto has not attended his trial today, the Agriculture Ministry just down the road remains the source of some focus and activity). We have been advised that the security forces remain on alert, which represents no significant change to the normal security procedures. However, due to recent incidents, all of us can add a great deal to an atmosphere of security awareness and vigilance in this complex and in our daily lives. Please feel free to discuss any security concerns or report unusual occurrences to our security team. I have attached three documents for your information.
